Could you explain What you mean by 2 chain? Does that mean chain 2? Are you chaining the 2 into a stitch?
For example, for round 2, is it increase 1 and then sc in the next 2? Im not sure how chains work in between sc. Does the chain count as a stitch too?
Sorry im a beginner 🙁
Hi, you don’t need to be sorry. I am more than happy to answer your question!
By 2 chain I mean to make 2 chains. Sorry if my expression confused you, it actually means the same as chain 2.
So for round 2, basically you need to make 2 chains between every sc increase. So after you have your first sc increase done, chain 2 before you insert you hook into the next st for another sc increase. The chain doesn’t count as a stitch. This stitch is a bit advanced as the count of the stitch will easily be messed up by the chain 2. Take it slowly and hope you can make it 🙂
Thanks so much for the explanation!! I really appreciate it. I was counting the chain as a stitch and most definitely got confused hehe
Thank you for your feedback too. It helps me to improve my pattern too 🙂
Happy crocheting!
